In today’s tutorial, we will be looking into the use case to open email records from the activity log.
In our day-to-day development activity, we work on the emails and email logs a lot of time. In this video, we will see how we can define a custom styling to activity log through system property.
So as a part of this implementation, we will get a UI action in the activity log which will help us to navigate to the email log for that email.
Steps:
– Open any record
– Achieve trigger condition for email for the record
– Email will get trigger
– You can find the triggered email description in the activity log
– In the activity log you will find the UI action
– Clicking on this UI action will route you to the email logs
